THE MORNING HABITS THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

The previous night was the last night for some people, and we are blessed with another chance to live a better life EVERY SINGLE DAY that we are ALIVE.

We can make the most out of each day, and thus out of our life, if we begin everyday with the right state of mind.

Some of the things we should dwell upon, as soon as we wake up are:

-Begin your day with GRATITUDE. Don't just charge your phones, tablets or laptops, but instead CHARGE YOURSELF first thing in the morning, with positivity that will last you all day, and the most powerful of all positive emotions that'll make you feel empowered is gratitude, because it forces you to shift your attention to your blessings, instead of your problems, which most of the times are a primary part of our life.

-Resolve to have a positive vision. Nobody, including ourselves, is perfect. Everybody has a good, and a not so good side to them, and the tendency of the mind is to focus on the ‘not so good side’.

Every morning resolve that. Try and look at the positive side of people, and neglect or deal with the dark side, because the more we focus on the negative, our mind becomes occupied with others faults, ruining our work, our day, our peace, our joy, and even our relationships.

THE MORNING HABITS THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

-Trust the MASTER PLAN 🙏 Tell yourself that whatever is going to happen today, is exactly what I need at this point of time in my life. Nothing more, nothing less.

Sometimes we can’t understand why certain things are not working out the way we want, because at that time we don’t realize that there’s always a MASTER PLAN with amazing thing waiting for us.

So have complete faith that every incident that's going to happen throughout the day, is simply a small part of a much larger picture, that will eventually unfold, only for your good and your well-being, and one day it’ll all make sense. Keep reminding yourself of this whenever you face challenging situations through the day.

-Start with baby steps and work on fixing the small things, they lead to a very big attitude, because if you can't do the little things right, you will never be able to do the big things right.

-Decide to help someone. As the saying goes “everyone you meet is fighting a battle that you know nothing about, so be kind, be helpful, invest the energy of empathy, love and kindness, and people around you, and you'll receive the same back when you need it the most”.

Also try to have a spiritual practice in your morning routine. A deeper connection, which will light up your inside, so you can brighten the outside 😇
