Depression, frustration, anxiety, discomfort, and disappointment are all natural part of the process of becoming a stronger person.
A sense of the future, that there will be another day, is what keeps one going. Get up as long as there is hope. Hope is the beginning; it has a power that signals the arrival of something new. Tomorrow is another day, regardless of where you are in life, how low you have fallen, or how hopeless your condition will seem. It is not the end of your story, nor the final chapter of your life. It might be difficult right now, but if you stick it out for a little longer, you will find that this difficult phase will pass, and if you are committed to using this suffering to develop your character, you will find that over time, you will be able to turn your life around and assist those who are facing similar difficulties.
Very often, we consider our current pressures and assume that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Anything you try backfires, and you can't seem to pick yourself up. Just remember, you're not alone.
There's nothing wrong with you being a sensitive individual who gives a lot of thought. You must first realize what depression is and how it relates to stress. Depression is what happens when the stressing habit gets out of hand. Depression and stress are the same thing; the only difference is that when your body becomes agitated, we mark it as depression. Your heart may pound, you may feel tightness in your chest, a pit in your stomach, sweat a little, and you may experience a rush of cortisol, but you will overcome it.
People need to understand that they can be healed, that they can get over it, that there is sunshine above the clouds, so that all they have to do now is look at the clouds, and they will rise. In the next chapter of your greatest life, you're supposed to learn how to advance to the next level. This depression will pass, and something much greater will emerge in its place, but for the time being, all you need to know is that you must get your heart rate up, get outside, breathe, and feel connected, because staying indoors will escalate your negative emotions and feelings.
Exercise is one thing that will make a huge difference in whatever mental health problems you're dealing with. When you move your body, your physiology changes, and your brain changes as well. So, every day, go outside and exercise as though your life depended on it, because your mental health, body, and brain all need it.Even something as easy as walking with your dog or a friend or neighbor will not only move your body and change your mind, but it will also get you out of your physical environment, which is something that people with depression also struggle with.
This also generates a bit of momentum, or a routine in your life, which can help you generate energy, new knowledge, ideas, skills, strengths, emotions, and change from fear to love, so you end up releasing your negative feelings and emotions, and then you develop into love, courage, and strength, and you become this amazing force that is immensely powerful.
HOW TO OVERCOME ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION - PART 1
You have moments during the day where your minds wander and you start thinking about random things because it's a habit. When you're not paying attention, your brain moves from making decisions to spinning stuff on autopilot, and stressing becomes one of your routines.
Anyone may become depressed for a variety of reasons, but it often boils down to our consistent thoughts and beliefs. Anyone who is depressed is depressed because an external factor in their life did not materialize, or they have lost or do not have anything that is beyond their control.
Do reverse counting from ten to one as soon as you wake up and realize you're engaging in negative self-talk. This will redirect the portion of the brain and awaken your frontal lobe, interrupting the negative self-talk cycle. Since your mind is now open to receiving new information, you may automatically insert a thought that makes you feel truly happy and proud. Positive thinking alone isn't always efficient, since forcing yourself to think positively may intensify your problems, therefore, the reverse counting process helps.
Start meditating and breathing exercises as well. These are all resources you can use to support yourself in those situations, and it does get better and easier as time passes and you learn more about yourself, including what triggers anxiety and where you feel at ease and secure. Many people around the world are experiencing a roller coaster of emotions as a result of the global crisis. It's important that we understand why we feel down and how we can fix it, because we are the ones who generate our own negative feelings. By doing so, we can ensure that we turn our lives around and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
HOW TO OVERCOME ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION - PART 1
We learn how to get a job in school, but no one teaches us how to be happy, how to live a life of freedom and peace, or how essential our conscious and unconscious thoughts are. Remember, HAPPINESS PAYS THE BILLS, and you'll be much much more energized, concentrated, and proactive about YOUR LIFE if you're happy.
Prioritize your own development before moving on to the outside world. You must respect yourself enough to invest time in yourself every day, to do something that will ensure you have a positive impact on society. Make the world a better place by being the change you want to see. IT ALL BEGINS WITH YOU.
Suddenly, the same life would be ideal. The same problems will arise, but if your mind is strong and at peace, your response to them will be very different; you will be asking yourself, "How can I make this work now?" and others will look to you for inspiration rather than sympathy because your power will become their strength.Start with baby steps the next time you're in pain, and you'll finally reach the top of the stairwell.
DON'T GIVE UP; you are deserving of the best life has to offer, and you owe it to the world to be the optimistic change agent who inspires others to believe that if someone else can do it, so can I.
